The country’s longest running dance music venue,
Horan’s in Tralee kicked off 2012 by announcing a stunning Spring line-up to illustrate the club is as relevant as ever.
The partying started Saturday February 11 with a set from one of the most gifted turntablists and music programmers in Irish clubbing history – the multi-award-winning DJ Tu-ki.
The champion cutmaster rocked the block with a mesmerising mix of two decades of hip-hop classics.
This awesome session will be followed in the months ahead by jams from techno God Dave Angel, Faithless’ sex kitten Sister Bliss, trance lord John O’Callaghan, peerless maverick Andrew Weatherall and Meteor Music Prize nominees Japanese Popstars.
Also returning to the Kingdom is RTE Radio 2FM’s dance queen Jenny Greene and her Electric Disco roadshow.
The club’s resident DJs Paidi Cronin and Jonno O’Brien have always pushed such diverse musical line-ups and have refused to compromise on quality.
It’s no wonder Horan’s has stayed at the forefront of clubbing for more than 20 years.
