After weeks of speculation, Apple has started sending out invitations for its event on October 16th.
The invite is as cryptic as you’d expect. It features a colourful Apple logo, somewhatreminiscent of its classic logo, and and the line “It's been way too long.” Of course, people have started second guessing what Apple could mean by each element.
Apple TV has been rumoured for a long time, so that could be an option. Alternatively, we’ll heard nothing about the iPod in recent years, so perhaps we’ll see a refreshed model in the near future. More certain is that the iPad Air 2 will make an appearance, while a mini version may also be announced. Finally, there have been rumours of a 12.9-inch iPad Pro, but this is less likely to be unveiled.
Apple will host the event on October 16th at the Town Hall Auditorium in Cupertino. Stay tuned for all the latest news from the eagerly anticipated event.
