Apple has a conference planned for the 16th of October and we're pretty much convinced that they're going to announce two new iPads - the iPad Air 2 and iPad Pro - as well as some new desktops and software updates.
That's exciting enough news in itself but it seems the hardware might not be launching any time soon. A report suggests that the global demand for the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus means the company hasn't got the resources to put into tablet manufacture at the moment. And that's even with hundreds of thousands of workers labouring flat out to bring more iPhones to market.
These delays are mainly seen to be effecting the iPad Pro - a 12.9 inch tablet which will see them moving into a larger space yet again. Other rumours suggest this device could be their first tablet to include a full OSX operating system - which means it could run full programs - though that's yet to be confirmed.
At this stage, its likely that the iPad Pro won't reach the market until the second quarter of 2015, and certainly after the rollout of the Apple Watch. More as we get it.
