Apple may have set a date for its March event

Apple is rumoured to be hosting an event in March, which could be packed with announcements, and has apparently settled on a date.

Reports from 9to5Mac and BuzzFeed state that Apple will hold an event on Tuesday, March 15th. This isn't the first time that mid-March has been touted as the date, though previous rumours suggested March 14th.

It's thought that Apple will use this event to announce the iPhone 5SE, a 4-inch handset that will replace the iPhone 5S, the iPad Air 3, and new Apple Watch bands.

The iPhone 7 announcement will follow later in the year.
