Apple's latest operating system, iOS 8, has already had its fair share of teething problems - with many users unable to access their cellular network at launch and a frantic backpedal from the company.
But there's plenty more to come from iOS 8, including all new features like ApplePay. Together with the NFC functionality added for the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, this will allow users to pay for things just by waving their phone and using their fingerprint for TouchID. It could be quite the innovation in mobile payments and it's going to arrive pretty soon.
At least that's according to the latest rumours which suggest ApplePay will launch with iOS 8.1 on October 20th. Screenshots released from a Beta currently in circulation shows a screen for adding payment details to your device. And the best implementation of ApplePay may be yet to come, with the feature promised for Apple Watch in 2015.
