Developer creates list of all 'OK Google' commands

By just saying “OK Google,” you can quickly ask Google anything via your smartphone from unit conversions to sports results. While there are around 150 commands, and thousands of variants, many have remained a mystery until now.

A developer has created a website that features all of the “OK Google” commands and it’s far more comprehensive than many might have imagined. There are commands for translation, sports results, navigation, music, timers, messaging, and a few Easter eggs too.

Visit and try out a few of the commands for yourself. These should limit the number of times you visit the main Google site on your smartphone for queries.

Here are just some of our favourites:

  • Remind me to (put my phone on silent) (when I get to work)
  • When was (Inside Out) released?
  • Say (How much does that cost) in (Spanish)?
  • Okay Jarvis
  • Do a barell roll
  • Define (open-source)
  • Open (
  • (Decrease) brightness
  • Set an alarm in (10) minutes
