Microsoft will release an entry level handset, the Lumia 435, according to a recent spec sheet leak.
The Microsoft Lumia 435 will purportedly feature a 4-inch screen, which will have a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. It has a pixel density of 253 pixels per inch. The device will be powered by a Snapdragon 200 processor, and will have a 5 megapixel rear-facing camera.
It is likely that the Lumia 435 will compete with the likes of the Android One and other Android phones in the budget friendly market. The Lumia 435 has similar specs to the Lumia 520, but is likely to be priced lower.
Microsoft’s Lumia 435 has been spotted in the FCC and has already received the official certification in Indonesia, according to some news reports. Based on these reports, it looks as though Microsoft will release its affordable Lumia handset in the first quarter of 2015.
