Facebook adds GIFs to comments

Facebook has added a new feature that allows users to add GIFs to comments in honour of the 30th anniversary of the GIF format, as reported in an article from Gadgets 360.

To add GIFs to comments, users simply have to access the Write a comment field and click on the GIF button.

This will show the user trending GIFs and allow them to search for particular GIFs from various sources including Giphy.

The company also launched 20 new GIFs created by Giphy in celebration of 30 years of GIFs, which can be found at giphy.com/facebook.
