Fitbit App Coming to Windows Phone
Live Fitness Updates on Live Tiles, anyone?

Fitbit have recently confirmed that they are working on a Windows Phone 8.1 application. There’s no release date or specifics given, but the app will correspond to Fitbit fitness trackers the Flex, the Force and the One.

This confirmation comes via wpcentral, where the following confirmation was made on the forums,

"Fitbit is developing an application for Windows Phone 8.1. Thank you for all your feedback and support!"

Fitbit have previously been exclusive to the Android and iOS platforms. However their move to Windows Phone proves well timed as both Nike and Jawbone have yet to develop a Windows compatible app either. Additionally, the prospect of live biometric date popping up on those fancy Windows Live Tiles is an exciting one!
