Flappy Bird - that simple, yet incredibly addictive mobile game – is now available on Android Wear.
The game has been ported to this new system thanks to developer Corbin Davenport. He is most well known for making Pokémon, Temple Run 2, and even the Windows 95 OS available on Android Wear.
Flappy Bird, for those who are somehow unaware, tasks players with directing an odd yellow bird through a series of obstacles by tapping on the screen. But it’s more difficult than it sounds. Overcoming the first series of pipes was often an accomplishment in itself, but some people persevered and managed to get quite adept at the game.
Flappy Bird was bigger than the developer ever imagined it would be. It spawned a variety of clones, particularly after it was eventually withdrawn from app stores, and resulted in the developer receiving all kinds of threats.
