Fujifilm's pocket-sized device lets you print smartphone photos

Fujifilm announced the Instax Share SP-2, which allows you to print digital photos onto instant film.

The Instax Share SP-2 is the successor to the SP-1 and it prints quicker and it’s quieter when doing so. The pocket-sized device prints onto Instax's mini format instant Instax film, allowing you to keep your digital photos in physical form.

There’s a free Share app that connects your smart device to the Share SP-2. It also lets you print photos side-by-side or four in one slide as part of a collage, and lets you apply filters. You can even add info like the place, date, and weather to an image.

The Instax Share SP-2 will be released in the US in mid-July. Fujifilm is yet to announce release dates elsewhere.
