The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 hasn't been officially announced yet but the leaks are coming thick and fast.
The latest is alleged to reveal the phone's much rumoured iris scanner. It comes from serial leakster Evan Blass with a pic of the front panel of the new device. You should take a look at the many holes at the top of the device, more than we usually see with a front facing camera.
Even assuming one of them might be a front facing flash or even the possibility of dual front image sensors (which we've seen before from LG) that's a lot of sensory data. And we're assuming that means an iris scanner.
The point of that kind of sensor would be unlocking your phone with a glance. It sounds pretty space age but then again fingerprint scanners have already become quite common in our smartphones. This front panel suggests the Note 7 could have a screen size of 5.8 inches, which is smaller than recent years.
Expect official news on this phone in the next few weeks, and a potential release in August 2016.
