Giphy launches American Sign Language GIFs

Giphy, the online database and search engine designed for the searching and sharing of animated GIF files, has launched a collection of GIFs featuring words in the American Sign Language, as noted in an article from Mashable.

The GIFs are taken from an educational series called Sign with Robert, which stars actor Robert DeMayo and utilises the format to create GIFs that are highly suitable for people interested in learning how to sign.

The current collection includes 2000 GIFs for everyday words and simple phrases, and Giphy plans to add to the collection in the near future.
