Google adding speed limit indicators to Maps

Google adding speed limit indicators to Maps

Google appears to be adding speed limit indicators to both Maps and Android Auto.

This feature has been requested by many and, according to Reddit users, appears to be in the process of being tested. One user posted a screenshot, which clearly displayed a speed limit sign in the lower left corner of the app.

Android users in both the UK and the US have claimed to see this new feature. Some said that it appeared for a short time, but was gone the following day.

It’s not yet known when this feature will be officially implemented or which countries it will roll out in.
