Google adds new tools to Gboard for Android

Google has added a set of new tools and new languages to Gboard for Android, as revealed by the company in a post on the Google Blog.

The Google Keyboard for Android devices app now features 22 Indic languages complete with transliteration support, plus a new text editing tool that simplifies selecting, copying and pasting text.

Users can also resize and reposition the keyboard so it fits better within their smartphone screen, and the text accuracy and prediction features have been improved.

Gboard for Android is available now from the Google Play Store.
