Google launches Gboard app on iOS

Google's Gboard extension, which allows you to search while writing a message, is now rolling out on iPhone and iPad.

Once Gboard is installed, you'll see a circular button at the top-left of your keyboard. Tapping this lets you search without having to leave the app that you've been using. It also saves you time when looking for gifs or emoji, allowing you to search and insert without having to scroll through your entire collection.

You can get an idea of Gboard's various functionalities and uses in the short, but sweet videos below.

Gboard is now available to download from the App Store.
