Google is reportedly working on two Nexus-branded Android Wear smartwatches.
An anonymous, but supposedly reliable, source told Android Police about the existence of these products and said that they are codenamed Angelfish and Swordfish. One is said to be larger than the other and boasts LTE, GPS and a heart rate monitor; the smaller one will have to make do without mobile data and GPS.
The source said that Angelfish is the name of the larger one, which will reportedly feature a 43.5mm-wide case and be 14mm in thickness. It is said that feature a large “crown” button on the right and smaller buttons to the top and bottom for other features. Meanwhile, the Swordfish is expected to be 42mm wide and 10.6mm thick.
Both will include Google Assistant, which was shown off at the IO conference in May. These watches are also said to run Android Wear 2.0.
