Google has a new campus in the works, set to be constructed right beside their current Mountain View location in California. The design still hasn't been finalised but a new batch of concept art has been released, giving us a look at the campus of the future.
And it looks like a giant tent.
This design has been chosen so that it blends in with the surrounding countryside, adding an organic level to the headquarters of one of the world's biggest tech companies. An older rejected design incorporated a lot more glass and looked much more futuristic. Though Google later admitted that some of these spaces technically couldn't be created in this way just yet. Which isn't the best idea when you're looking for planning permission.

Given that Google is still in a design phase, we wouldn't expect this structure to open for a good few years yet but it's bound to be home to plenty of innovations for years to come.
