Microsoft is currently on the hunt for beta testers. Thankfully rather than employing snares, spears and projectile nets, there giving this here Pre-Release Programs scheme a whirl. Essentially it’s an open call for people to use and give feedback on upcoming Microsoft programs. Beta testers would be “instrumental in building the best productivity software and services available.“
The scheme isn’t limited to individuals either. Entire companies can partake of incoming versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Visio, Access, Publisher, Exchange, SharePoint and Outlook.
Sign up seems simple enough, just register yourself as a home or business user, log a few details on the who and the why and await your invitation. The obvious implication here is Microsoft is carefully hand-picking its testers (beggars apparently CAN be choosers too) so we recommend only going to the effort of signing up if you judge yourself suitably valuable to the tech giant.
That link, once again, is right here.
