HTC looks set to unveil a new product in the Desire line at CES if its promotional material is anything to go by.
The Taiwanese manufacturer posted an image on its social media channels in China that heavily hints at an announcement. The image bears the tagline, “Always Desire more.” January 6th, otherwise known as the first day of CES, is the date to look out for.
Other than that, HTC is keeping its lips sealed. There isn’t much information to work with, but a new Desire phone wouldn’t be too much of a stretch of the imagination. HTC recently focused on the mid-tier market with devices such as the Desire 816 and the Desire 820.
CES usually isn’t swamped with smartphone announcements, so getting in ahead of the curve could be very beneficial. Traditionally, smartphone reveals are held back until Mobile World Congress in February.
Tune in to CES on January 6th to see what HTC has up its sleeves.
