HTCs Mid-Range Gets A 64-bit smartphone

HTC has just announced the Desire 820, their new mid-range flagship handset with a 64 bit processor.

An update of February’s Desire 816, the Desire 820’s enhanced innards are now complimented with HTC’s patented BoomSound speakers, which top and tail the device. No pricing details have yet been announced, though considering the Desire 816 currently retails for approximately €370, a comparable pricetag is expected.

The HTC Desire 820 features a 5.5 inch display, 8 MP front facer, 13 MP rear camera and in addition to its 64 bit multi core Qualcomm CPU a full 2GB or Ram will be available to users. The HTC Desire 820 will be available in white, grey, blue or orange.
