Huawei announced the MateBook at Mobile World Congress, a 2-in-1 tablet-laptop hybrid device.
The MateBook has been recognised with five awards from media, including Best 2-in-1 product of the show (Alphr.com), Best Hybrid (Know Your Mobile, Expert Reviews), Best in Show (Trusted Reviews), and Best Product: Tablet (Computer Bild).
Those who got hands on with the device highlighted the MateBook's design and build, screen quality, and overall power. Huawei's MateBook comes with a choice of an Intel M3, M5, or M7 processor and either 4GB or 8GB RAM. One of its key features is the included MatePen, which offers 2,048 levels of sensitivity and doubles as a laser pen or slideshow clicker for presentations.
The 12-inch 2-in-1 tablet will soon be available in several markets around the world, starting at €799.
