LG released a new teaser video showcasing some of the features of the upcoming G4 and hinting at others. LG will unveil the G4 at an event on April 28th.
The LG G4 will feature an f/1.8 lens. By comparison, the LG G3 currently features f/2.4 lens. The video doesn’t detail too much about the smartphone or its camera, but hints that the LG G4 will be capable of better photo capturing in low-light settings. The video also hints at time lapse functionality.
This is the third such teaser video that LG has released about the LG G4. It previously released videos focusing on its newest mobile user interface, LG UX 4.0. This interface promises to understand and respond to the needs of individual users. Within the Gallery app, for example, it will be able to understand when and where the images have been captured, and can then combine them into an album.
