The LG V20 is set to be one of the first phones released running Android Nougat, and could arrive before Apple's new iPhone.
LG will host an event in San Francisco on September 6 where it is expected to unveil the device. Meanwhile, Apple is expected to announce the new iPhone the week of September 12.
It's unclear what countries the LG V20 will be available in; given that it's being announced in San Francisco, a US launch looks likely, but it's unknown if it will make its way further afield.
As for specs, it's rumoured that the V20 will feature a 5.5-inch 1080p screen and a massive 4,000mAh battery. It's also tipped to run Android Nougat, which could be enough to appeal to some Android fans.
