Microsoft is reportedly going to make its Word Flow keyboard available on other operating systems, starting with iOS.
Windows Insider testers have received e-mails, according to The Verge, inviting those with iPhones to try out the Word Flow keyboard. There are no details regarding when Word Flow will be made publicly available. With Microsoft opening the keyboard to testers, a release in the next few months is likely.
The Windows Phone version of Word Flow includes autocorrect, suggestions, gestures, and swipe functionality to type out words.
Microsoft has stated its intentions to offer experiences across multiple platforms, so it shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise that features like Word Flow and Cortana will make their way to other operating systems.
