Microsoft is Planning an Xbox One Wearable

Microsoft only recently announced that they were working on a wearable called the Microsoft Band, and now they've got another device in the mix.

Rumour suggest that they company is planning a wearable which will be closely integrated with the Xbox One console. The console itself already had a suite of fitness apps and features, and it seems this new wearable will add to your health profile by providing a heart rate monitor and trackingyour running and walking jaunts.

It does seem like a good way to integrate all of your data, and no doubt the systems on the Xbox One will work really well - but surely anyone who was considering getting a wearable will also have some kind of PC or tablet device which would sort the information just as well?

The Microsoft Band is out now in the US - worldwide release dates have yet to be confirmed but expect it to arrive in 2015.
