Microsoft's Selfie-Orientated Phone Gets Snapped
Microsoft is reportedly working on a smartphone that is focused on letting users take great selfies, and it’s allegedly been featured in a photo online.

The prototype for the mid-range Superman, which according to WPCentral will be named the Lumia 730, can be seen in all its glory in the photo. The device will feature a 5 megapixel front-facing camera mounted over a 4.7-inch display. This is a significant step up from the 1.3 megapixel camera found on the device’s predecessor, the Lumia 720.

The leak also suggests that new firmware is on the way. The Lumia 730 is running Debian Red, a codename for what could very well be a Lumia version of the recently announced Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1. Features of Debian Red are unknown at this point in time.

It’s also not clear when the handset or Debian Red will be released. We will keep you posted as new details emerge.
