E3 is fast approaching and schedules are becoming quite packed already as major gaming brands jostle for attention. Oculus is hoping to avoid the hustle and bustle by holding a pre-E3 conference on June 11th.
It’s most likely that those in attendance will get to demo the latest build of the Rift VR headset. The invite says, “Step into the Rift" Who knows, we may even find out how much the Oculus Rift will cost us.
Oculus recently revealed the specs required to get the true Rift experience. You’ll need quite a powerful PC to take full advantage of it.
We already know that the Oculus Rift is slated for an early 2016 release. Perhaps we’ll get a more concrete release date from this conference too.
Sony’s Project Morpheus and Microsoft’s HoloLens will be at E3. It could be quite the year for virtual reality.
