Samsung Galaxy Alpha To Disappoint with 720p Display?
The 4.8 inch Samsung Galaxy Alpha will boast a 720p resolution display. Just like the Samsung Galaxy S III. Which, for those keeping score, was two whole iterations (and years) ago. And I think we all can appreciate how long a year is in this industry.

Of course this is just rumour. But equally, given this comes from uber reliable SamMobile, we’re giving this one the credence it deserves. It might still turn out to be false info. But the evidence is stacked against it.

Seemingly, Samsung were misinformed as to the position of ‘alpha’ in the Greek alphabet. It’s literally in the word. Alpha. First. Premiere. Best.

But the Samsung Galaxy Alpha? Not so much if the developer console SamMobile got its hands on is to be believed. In addition to the 4.8 inch 720p display, the Samsung Galaxy Alpha will boast 32GB of non-expandable storage, the now signature Samsung fingerprint scanner, a nano SIM slot and an upgraded metallic body.

The Samsung Galaxy Alpha is expected to be unveiled in August, just ahead of the supposed Samsung Galaxy Note 4 announcement and possibly for a lower entrance fee than the smartphone elite.
