Samsung launches Galaxy S7 in Ireland

Last night, Samsung launched the Galaxy S7 in Ireland with aplomb. The device will go on sale on Friday, March 11th.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 features a 5.1-inch display with 577 pixels per inch. It looks set to be one of the most powerful handsets on the market with 4GB RAM. This should make it more than capable of handling anything you throw at it, which is particularly important when some people will be using the headset with the Gear VR headset.

The handset packs a 12MP rear-facing camera, which protrudes less, along with a 5MP front-facing camera. It should be better for shots in low light than its predecessor thanks to its f1.7 aperture. You'll be able to store all of your snaps on the device, which comes with either 32GB or 64GB storage.

If that isn't enough, you'll be pleased to hear that the Galaxy S7 sees the return of the microSD card slot.

Samsung's Galaxy S7 will be available from March 11th.
