Samsung unveils Android update smartphone line-up

Samsung has unveiled which of its smartphones are set to receive the Android Nougat update this year, as noted in an article from The Verge.

The Android 7.0 update is out now for both the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge and will be available for the remaining models on the list at some point ‘within the first half of the year’.

The full list includes:

  • Galaxy S7
  • Galaxy S7 Edge
  • Galaxy S6
  • Galaxy S6 Edge
  • Galaxy S6 Edge Plus
  • Galaxy Note 5
  • Galaxy Tab A with S Pen
  • Galaxy Tab S2 (LTE unlock)
  • Galaxy A3
  • Galaxy A8
