Despite suggesting they would release less handsets in 2015, there have been rumours swirling about a couple of new additions to Samsung's lineup.
Some new (as yet unconfirmed) details have slipped out about the Galaxy A7 in particular. It will sport a metal body and top specs but the new data suggests that it could be the slimmest Samsung smartphone yet at just 6.3mm. That's quite a ways from being the slimmest on the market, with that spot recently taken by Vivo's X5Maxat just 4.75mm.
But its is a new feature for Samsung and the specs are also impressive - a 5.5 inch HD screen, 64-bit chip, 2 gigs of RAM and 16 gigs of storage. Still other leaks say that there will be a even faster version sold sometimes after launch and in different territories and that it could feature a 13 megapixel camera.
It's not clear right now where the Samsung Galaxy A7, with an early 2015 release of the S6 and late year release for the Note 5 a pretty sure bet, but expect some official news on this handset soon.
