The LG G4 could be getting a more budget-friendly model. Dutch and German shopping websites are listing the LG G4c, complete with an image and specs.
The LG G4c is slightly smaller at 5-inches and is shown in plastic. We’d be surprised if there is a leather option; that’s likely to be the first thing cut to reduce the price tag.
The listings say that the phone will have a 5-inch 720 x 1280 display, a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor, and 1GB RAM.
It will apparently come with 8GB of expandable storage, an 8 megapixel rear camera, a 5 megapixel front-facing one, and a 2540mAh battery. The LG G4c is tipped to run Android 5.0.
While it hasn’t been officially announced, there’s a good chance that this is legitimate. The LG G4 is a pricey enough phone, so it’s good to offer interested buyers an alternative, and LG launched the LG G3 S last year after the LG G3, which was a similar idea.
WinFuture reports that the phone will launch in Germany on June 5th. It is listed for €297.50.
