Snapchat is reportedly planning a significant redesign of its Discover page.
According to multiple reports, Snapchat is to shake things up by ditching its current look in favour of a tiled design like Instagram's feed. It's said that this new design could roll out as early as next week.
The new Discover page will allow content partners to create custom cover images for their channels. Currently, the design only allows for a publication logo on a circular icon.
Snapchat is hoping that this redesign will entice more users to check out the Discover section. Discover was launched last year, but it's reported that some advertisers and publishers haven't seen the kind of traction they were hoping for. Like Snapchat, they too will be hoping to see a boost from this redesign.
