It would be very easy to dismiss this as a hoax, but for the fact that he did something similar last year with the iPhone 5c, which proved to be accurate. Apple fans are obviously hoping that he’s on the ball for the second year running.
The handset in question looks quite similar to the design that’s been outed in previous leaks regarding the iPhone 6. It features a larger screen and slightly more rounded edges. Lin says that the power button has been moved to the right hand side of the device, which should make it easier to hit in spite of the larger screen.
It’s expected that the iPhone 6 will be announced in September and will be released at the same time as iOS8. As a result, it may be some time before we know for certain if Lin has gotten his hands on the device. However, we are likely to see more leaks ahead of time.
So, Apple fans, are you happy with how the iPhone 6 is shaping up?
