On the 7th of November 2016, a massive sinkhole swallowed an entire road in the Japanese town of Fukuoka, with five lanes disappearing in seconds.
It was pretty dramatic stuff.
The locals weren't about to put up with things like power and traffic distruptions, so they got to work. And the whole thing was fixed good as new in just about a week.
