Drones are everywhere these days, and that's not going to change any time soon.
We've previously heard about online retailer Amazon putting together a fleet of drone to deliver packages in double quick time but it wasn't really clear how it would work. Thankfully, here's Jeremy Clarkson with a video describing the whole, fairly incredible, process.
Place an order and just 30 minutes later there's a sophisticated drone landing in your back garden- that's pretty space age stuff if you ask us. Now you could say that driving to a nearby shopping centre could give you the same experience and perhaps the video should have factored in some way that wasn't possible but it's pretty impressive nonetheless.
And this technology does technically exist now - this isn't a CG recreation but footage of the actual drone and how it might work, complete with a marker you place in your back garden to make sure it can find you and touch down safely. You'll probably want to make sure your dog or small child is wandering into the prop wash.
Of course the reality might be quite some time away, and even when it does arrive it will be a pilot case in large American cities for a long time. Still, the possibilites are pretty amazing, what about pizza?!
