WinZip has arrived on
iOS devices and has been released free of charge. We’ve all clicked the “Register Later” button when prompted, but this is something that users on iOS won’t have to deal with. The file compression software is currently available on
iTunes. It allows users to open Zip attachments, extract these files to their device and browse compressed files. However, compression of an iOS device’s files must be done on a computer as before.
