The Nubia Z7 will have a 5.5-inch Quad HD display, which works out to a pixel density of around 538ppi. The handset will be a little taller and wider than LG’s flagship device though, as ZTE didn’t quite manage to replicate the G3’s super-slim bezels.
Internally, the Nubia Z7 will pack a Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB of RAM and a 13 megapixel camera. That’s quite the statement of intent from the smartphone manufacturer, though we should bear in mind that it announced a smartphone with a pair of 13 megapixel cameras and is rumoured to be working on a phone with 4GB RAM.
Unfortunately, it’s not yet known if the Nubia Z7 will be seen outside of Asia. That’s quite a drawback, but we’re hopeful that ZTE will set its sights further afield.
