Stephen King and J.J. Abrams team for new TV show

Legendary horror author Stephen King is teaming with The Force Awakens director J.J. Abrams for an anthology TV show project titled Castle Rock, as noted in an article from Hollywood Reporter.

Castle Rock is of course a fictional location used in many of King’s stories, and the show will bring together characters and themes from King’s massive back catalogue with each season following a new storyline in a manner likely similar to American Horror Story.

Sam Shaw and Dusty Thomason are also involved in the project, which is being produced Abrams's Bad Robot and will air on Hulu.
